How to Apply for Covington Homebuyer Assistance Program

Step 1: Apply online at the Covington Neighborly Software portal. A fully accepted purchase contract is required before funds can be reserved. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis as funding remains available. Homebuyer education through a HUD-approved counseling agency is required.
