Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) offers down payment assistance of up to $12,500 through its Regular DAP program, structured as a 15-year second mortgage. KHC also provides an Affordable DAP option of up to $7,500 at a reduced 1% interest rate for lower-income buyers.
