How to Apply for Northern Kentucky HOME Consortium Homebuyer Assistance
Step 1: Apply online at the Covington Neighborly Software portal. A fully accepted purchase contract is required. Applicants must complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
