How to Apply for Charleston Trident Urban League First-Time Homebuyer Program
Step 1: Contact CTUL at (843) 769-8173 to register for a monthly homebuyer education workshop. Complete the First-Time Home Buyers Program including debt reduction counseling and financial literacy workshops. CTUL will assist with grant and loan applications for available DPA funding.
