How to Apply for Dauphin County Housing Authority HCV Homeownership Program
Must be a current Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) participant in Dauphin County. At least one adult family member must have been employed for one year prior to receiving homeownership assistance (waived for elderly/disabled). Contact the Housing Authority of the County of Dauphin to apply.
