How to Apply for Delray Beach Community Land Trust Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact the Delray Beach Community Land Trust at (561) 243-7500 to inquire about available homes. Complete a homebuyer application through their website. Work with DBCLT staff to identify an eligible home and secure financing. The land trust retains ownership of the land while you purchase the home at a below-market price.
