How to Apply for DSHA Diamond in the Rough Program

Step 1: Apply through a DSHA-approved lender. Uses FHA 203k Limited program to combine purchase and renovation into a single mortgage.

Notes

Eligible renovations include kitchen remodeling, painting, appliance upgrades, window/door replacement, roof repairs, and pool repairs. Minimum credit score of 640 (higher than other DSHA programs).
