- Income limits: New Castle County: $126,480 (1-2 persons), $158,100 (3+ persons). Kent and Sussex counties: $116,280 (1-2 persons), $145,350 (3+ persons).
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
- Credit score minimum: 620
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase within the State of Delaware.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for DSHA First State Home Loan DPA
Step 1: Apply through a DSHA-approved lender. Must use a DSHA first mortgage program.
