Step 1: Contact Dundalk Renaissance Corporation for current grant availability and application instructions. Must complete a homebuyer education class. Dundalk Renaissance is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency and offers homebuyer education classes accepted by county and state programs.

Funded through the Baltimore Regional Neighborhood Initiative (BRNI). Not restricted to first-time homebuyers. Limited number of grants available each cycle (approximately 10 per year). Dundalk Renaissance became a HUD-certified counseling agency in 2020 and also offers free financial counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, and foreclosure assistance.
