How to Apply for East Trenton Collaborative DPA Program

Step 1: Contact Caitlin Fair at cfair@njclf.com to get started with the application process. Must be purchasing a 1-4 family residential property in the East Trenton neighborhood to use as a primary residence.

ITIN holders are eligible. Property must be a 1-4 family primary residence located within the East Trenton area. No investment or second homes. Administered in partnership with New Jersey Community Capital.
