How to Apply for El Paso HFC Mi Casa Homebuyer Grant Program
Step 1: Contact an approved lender participating in the Mi Casa program.
Step 2: Complete a homebuyer education course through a HUD-approved provider.
Step 3: Get pre-approved for a government-backed mortgage (FHA, VA, or USDA) through the program.
Step 4: Find a home within El Paso city limits that meets program requirements.
Step 5: The lender will process your Mi Casa grant application alongside your mortgage.
