How to Apply for Fall River First Time Homebuyer DPA Program
Step 1: Contact the Fall River Community Development Agency at 508-679-0131. Must complete a CHAPA-approved homebuyer education course. Must obtain a pre-approval letter from a primary lender. Property can be single-family, multi-family up to 4 units, condo, or modular home.
