How to Apply for FHLB Dallas HELP Program
Step 1: Apply through a participating FHLB Dallas member institution. In the Gulfport area, contact Renaissance Community Loan Fund (RCLF) to apply. Funding is based on availability as set by FHLB Dallas.

FHLB Dallas allocated $22 million for 2025 HELP funding. Program is first-come, first-served and funding rounds can be depleted quickly. Mississippi homebuyers may receive up to $20,000. Verify current funding availability with RCLF before applying.
