How to Apply for FHLBank Pittsburgh First Front Door Program (Lehigh Valley)

Step 1: Contact First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union in Allentown. Must contribute a minimum of $1,500 toward down payment and closing costs. Complete at least 4 hours of homeownership counseling. The 2026 funding round opens May 19, 2026. The Keys program (up to $20,000 for first-generation buyers) opens April 7, 2026.
