How to Apply for FHLBank Pittsburgh First Front Door Program (Pittsburgh Area)

Step 1: Contact a participating Pittsburgh-area lender such as Clearview FCU, First Commonwealth FCU, or SSB Bank. Must contribute a minimum of $1,500 toward down payment and closing costs. Complete at least 4 hours of homeownership counseling. The 2026 funding round opens May 19, 2026.
