Eligibility

  • Income limits: Combined household income may not exceed $144,567
  • Purchase price limit: $563,500
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer (some exceptions apply).
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home within the city of Frisco. At least one adult must work full-time for the City of Frisco or Frisco ISD for at least 6 months.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for City of Frisco Targeted Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact the City of Frisco Grants Coordinator at 972-292-5108 to set up an appointment. Complete an 8-hour HUD-approved homebuyer class and a one-hour counseling session. Submit certificates of completion with the application.
