Zero-interest mortgage with affordable monthly payments. Homeowners must complete 300 hours of sweat equity.

Step 1: Contact Garland County Habitat for Humanity at 501-623-5600 or email info@garlandcountyhabitat.org to apply. Applicants are selected based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat, and ability to repay an affordable mortgage. Must complete 300 hours of sweat equity.

Building homes in Garland County since 1995. Builds 6-10 homes per year. Has completed 157 houses to date. Operates three ReStore locations in the area. Partners with Southern Bancorp for lot donations and affordable housing initiatives.
