How to Apply for GCRA Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact GCRA at (864) 242-9801 or visit gcra-sc.org. Must pass a SLED background check ($30 fee per household member 18+). Must have good credit and attend a homebuyer education class through the Greenville County Human Relations Commission.
