  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a 1-4 family home in the City of Gloucester.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Gloucester First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact the Grants Division at grants@gloucester-ma.gov or 978-325-5230. A minimum of 6 weeks from date of signed Purchase and Sale agreement is required to process awards.
