How to Apply for GNHDC Save For Home Matched Savings Program

Step 1: Complete the GNHDC Home Buyer Education Course and enroll in pre-purchase counseling. Open a new savings account designated for the program. GNHDC will match up to $1,500 of new funds saved. Must be within one year of purchasing your home. Contact GNHDC at 352-380-9119.

Notes

Only new funds deposited into the designated savings account will be matched. Must have completed the homebuyer education course and be enrolled in pre-purchase counseling to qualify. Registration fee for the education course is $50, refundable upon closing.
