How to Apply for City of Goose Creek Employee Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact the City of Goose Creek Human Resources Department. Employee must have been employed a minimum of one year and be in good standing. A $325 loan origination fee and applicable wiring fees are due at closing. Property must be in good condition and ready for occupancy within 90 days of closing.
