How to Apply for Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program

Step 1: Apply through Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity. Selected partner families work alongside volunteers to build their homes and participate in homeowner readiness training.

Houses are built with volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, then sold to partner families at no profit with affordable mortgage terms.
