How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County Homeownership Program
Step 1: Attend an information session or download the application from the Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County website.
Step 2: Demonstrate housing need and income at or below 60% AMI.
Step 3: Commit to required sweat equity hours working alongside volunteers.
Step 4: Complete homebuyer education.
Step 5: Show ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
