Incorporated in 1989, Habitat Erie has completed 78 new home builds providing housing for more than 250 children and adults. Applicants must demonstrate need for adequate housing, fall within income guidelines, have the ability to pay a Habitat mortgage, and complete 300 sweat equity hours. Homes are sold at market value with 0% interest mortgages.
