  • Geographic restrictions: Must live or work in Garland, Rowlett, or Sachse for at least one year.

How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Garland Homeownership Program

Step 1: Check the Garland Habitat website for application availability. When applications are open, complete the eligibility requirements including income verification.
