Eligibility

  • Income limits: Must demonstrate financial need and meet income guidelines set by Habitat for Humanity of the Lehigh Valley.
  • First-time buyer required: No
  • Geographic restrictions: Must reside in the Lehigh Valley for at least 12 months. Must purchase a Habitat home in the Lehigh Valley area.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
