Notes
Applicants must provide 325-500 sweat equity hours. Two years of continuous employment required, with at least one year at current job (or 3+ months if switching for better pay/benefits). Most participants complete the program in about 2 years. Since 1989, the affiliate has built more than 125 homes in Gaston County.
