How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Henderson Homeownership Program

Step 1: Apply during the annual housing fair held each year by Habitat for Humanity of Henderson. The process includes a pre-application, review by the NMLS and Homeowner Selection Committee, home visits, partnership agreements, required classes, and a minimum of 250 hours of sweat equity. Applicants must have at least 2 years of continuous, steady, and verifiable income.
