Eligibility
- Income limits: Must meet income guidelines set by the local Habitat affiliate.
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be in need of adequate housing and unable to qualify for a traditional mortgage.
- Geographic restrictions: Sullivan, Carter, and Washington counties in Tennessee and the City of Bristol, Virginia. Must have lived or worked in service area for at least 6 months.
