How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of North Louisiana Homeownership Program
Step 1: Contact Habitat for Humanity of North Louisiana at (318) 323-8003 or visit 2816 Deborah Drive, Monroe, LA 71201. Applicants must be a resident of northeast Louisiana for at least 6 months. Homebuyers are required to contribute 250 hours of sweat equity labor.

Habitat selects homeowners based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat, and ability to repay an affordable mortgage. This is a construction and homeownership program, not traditional down payment assistance.
