Eligibility

  • Income limits: Must not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer.
  • Geographic restrictions: Must have lived or worked in Orange County for at least 12 months.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

Applicants must complete 275 sweat equity hours. During fiscal year 2025, Orange Habitat partnered with 16 households. Weavers Grove is a current major development with 102 Habitat homes out of 225+ total planned in a mixed-income community.
