How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity of Schenectady County Homeownership Program

Step 1: Visit schenectadyhabitat.org to check application availability. Applicants must complete 200 hours of sweat equity volunteer labor, attend financial education and budget-planning classes, and demonstrate a two-year history of stable income and employment. You must be able to cover closing costs and down payment.
