  • Income limits: Must demonstrate financial need based on household income and family size
  • First-time buyer required: No
  • Geographic restrictions: Must live or work in Seminole County or the Apopka area for at least one year prior to applying.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka Homeownership Program

Step 1: Apply through Habitat for Humanity Seminole-Apopka. Applicants must complete 200 hours of sweat equity (single applicant) or 400 hours (two-person household). Selection is based on level of need, willingness to partner, and ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
