Notes

Hammond Police, Fire, Educational Professionals, and full-time employees of the City of Hammond, Hammond Water Works, Hammond Port Authority, Hammond Sanitary District, and Hammond Housing Authority receive the full $10,000. Other qualifying buyers receive up to $2,500. Available for existing homes and new construction.
