How to Apply for Harris County Community Land Trust Homeownership Program

Step 1: Visit harriscountyclt.org to check available inventory homes and submit an application. Applicants must complete HUD-approved homebuyer education, have liquid assets below $15,000, and meet income and credit requirements.
