How to Apply for Homeownership Center Northwest Evergreen Program

Step 2: Complete the 5-hour homeownership class.
Step 3: One-on-one counseling with an HCNW advisor to determine program fit and DPA amount.
Step 4: Get pre-approved for a first mortgage through a partner lender.
Step 5: HCNW layers the Evergreen silent second at closing.
