How to Apply for Holyoke Borrower's Assistance Program (BAP)

Step 1: Complete a HUD-approved first-time homebuyer education workshop, then contact the Holyoke Housing Authority to apply. Must demonstrate need for BAP assistance and have a debt-to-income ratio within program limits of 30/43%.
