  • Geographic restrictions: Serves Kenton, Campbell, and Boone counties in Northern Kentucky, with emphasis on the urban core of Covington, Ludlow, Newport, Dayton, Bellevue, and Bromley.

How to Apply for HONK Lease-to-Own Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact HONK at (859) 581-4665 or visit their office at 502 Fry Street in Covington. Applicants must demonstrate steady income that can support a mortgage and the ability to improve credit within 12-18 months if needed. Residents must perform 8 hours of community service per month.
