How to Apply for Hyannis Homebuyer Assistance Program (HHAP)
Contact the Town of Barnstable Housing and Community Development department at 508-862-4956. Applicants must complete a homebuyer education course, be a U.S. citizen or have eligible immigration status, and contribute at least 1.5% toward the purchase.
