If the home is sold within 36 months, the full assistance amount must be repaid. If sold after 36 months, 10% of sale proceeds (after costs) must be repaid to the Down Payment Assistance Fund.

- Income limits: Household income at or below 120% of the Area Median Income for Duval County
- Purchase price limit: $335,000
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home within the past 3 years. Must have lived in Duval County for at least 24 consecutive months.
- Geographic restrictions: Home must be located within Jacksonville/Duval County.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
