How to Apply for Jacksonville Homebuyers Assistance Grant (HAG)

Step 1: Contact the City of Jacksonville Community Development Department to apply. Property must meet HUD Minimum Housing Quality Standards and household must meet Federal Income Guidelines. Grant pays 50% of out-of-pocket expenses at closing, up to $3,000, paid directly to the title company.
