    Not available in Topeka, Wichita, Lawrence, Kansas City, or Johnson County. Buyer must invest 1-10% of sale price from own funds.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for KHRC First-Time Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Apply through a KHRC-participating lender. Complete a homebuyer education course. KHRC staff follow up via email after the inquiry form is submitted.
