How to Apply for Lackawanna County Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Complete homebuyer education through NeighborWorks NEPA and meet with a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor before applying. Contact NeighborWorks NEPA at 570-558-2490. Funds awarded first-come, first-served.

Income limits are higher than the City of Scranton program (100% AMI vs 80% AMI). Applications processed through NeighborWorks Northeastern Pennsylvania.
