How to Apply for City of Lauderhill SHIP Purchase Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact the City of Lauderhill Housing and Grants Division. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course approved by the City of Lauderhill. Applicants must contribute at least 3% of the purchase price toward the down payment, with at least 1% from personal funds. Cash value assets cannot exceed $40,000 after closing.
