- Income limits: Must meet HUD income limits for Lee County. Approximately $57,250 for 1-person household and $81,750 for 4-person household.
- Purchase price limit: $340,000
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not own any other property at time of application.
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase an existing single-family home, condominium, or townhouse in Lee County.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
How to Apply for Lee County HOME Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact Lee County Human and Veteran Services for application information. Complete a HUD-certified homebuyer education workshop. Must obtain a first mortgage commitment from a licensed lender.
