  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a principal residence in the past 3 years. Exceptions for qualified veterans and buyers in designated targeted areas.
  • Credit score minimum: 640
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home in Leon County, Florida.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
