How to Apply for City of Margate Purchase Assistance Program
Complete a homebuyer education class from a HUD-approved counseling agency before closing. Get pre-approved for a first mortgage that meets Broward County guidelines. Once under contract on a home in Margate, have your lender contact Broward County at 954-357-4943 to confirm fund availability for the next 60-90 days.
