How to Apply for City of Melbourne SHIP Purchase Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact Community Housing Initiative (CHI) at (321) 253-0053 to begin the application process. CHI administers the program on behalf of the City of Melbourne. You must complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course before applying. Funds are available on a first-come, first-qualified basis.
