  • Geographic restrictions: Home must be within the City of Miramar.
  • Homebuyer education required: No

How to Apply for City of Miramar Moderate Income Mortgage Assistance (MIMA) Program

Step 1: Contact Delissa Corbin at dtcorbin@miramarfl.gov or 954-883-5328 for application details and current availability. Funds can be used for down payment, closing costs, or reducing the first mortgage principal.

Notes

This program targets moderate-income families who may not qualify for the lower-income First-Time Homebuyer Program. Does not require first-time buyer status.
