How to Apply for Monroe County RDA First-Time Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Contact the Monroe County RDA. Applicants must contribute at least 3% of the purchase price from their own funds, be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, and complete a HUD-approved Pre-Purchase Counseling Workshop.
